I'm 6'2 about 208lbs knowing this and Mooto new sizing i went with a 190 and it fits me amazing and or Dojang gets warm during Sparring, ordered one of these and it is great for wicking away sweat and keeping me cooler during longer warmer sessions. good quality feel with lots of arm and leg room for the Mooto leg and forearm protectors which has been an issue in the past with other uniforms that they wont easily go over pads.
