my Daughter uses this for sparring, it was given to her when we got her gear though the school. big enough to even store a hougu, helmet arm and leg protectors, has to really nice side pockets and the backpack straps can be secured if you want to carry it as a standard bag. has gone to many a competition with her hoodie and a spare uniform on the inside
